Located on the lower level of the Hermann Student Union, the Roost Express provides in-house ordering or a fast mobile order dining experience with specialties in breakfast and lunch. This is an excellent area for our students to study and relax. Accepts meal plans, the GET app, Dining Dollars, Bonus Bucks, flex points, cash, and credit cards. This store also accepts "Swipe at Night" from 9 p.m. to close.
For breakfast, students can enjoy fresh-made breakfast sandwiches, burritos for breakfast on the go, and omelets crafted three ways. For lunch, we offer chicken sliders, a hand-battered fish sandwich, The Rooster chicken sandwich, classic cheeseburgers, chicken wings, salads, and appetizers. Handcrafted beverages are also made to order, including Boba Tea and Crimson Cup smoothies. On the Go options include specialty prepared sandwiches, salads, fruit cups, yogurts parfaits, and more!
